What makes Denton Denton?
Some would say that it’s grabbing an ice cream at Beth Maries and window
shopping on the square. Others would say
that it’s the Arts & Jazz festival.
While others would say that it’s the two universities that are at the
heart of Denton. These would all be good
answers but there are so many other things that make Denton uniquely its
own. Like the many parks and nature
trails, or the natural food store (the Cupboard), our locally grown produce at
the Farmers Market, or all of the cool coffee shops found around town.
The seven photos I took are what I think come to the minds
of most people when they think of Denton.
I could probably take a picture a day of what I believe is the heart of
Denton (hey, maybe that should be my project 365 for next year) but alas I
could not. In conjunction to the seven
photos I took, here is a list of my other Top Ten Loves of Denton.
